- Elderly Households are defined as a tenant or co-tenant 62 years of age or older and/or a handicapped or disabled tenant, which has no other requirements other than being at least 18 years of age or older to legally sign the lease.
- 55 and Older Households are defined as a tenant or co-tenant 55 years of age or older.
