ELDERLY & 55 OR OLDER HOUSING

Income Limits: Gross annual income is calculated by household size and updated each year by HUD. Please visit the individual property pages to see these limits.

Elderly Households are defined as a tenant or co-tenant 62 years of age or older and/or a handicapped or disabled tenant, which has no other requirements other than being at least 18 years of age or older to legally sign the lease.

55 and Older Households are defined as a tenant or co-tenant 55 years of age or older.
