CLEANING POSITION - RAMSEY

Cleaning person full-time Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday at Park View East in Ramsey:

Professional management company is looking for an individual who would be interested in becoming a part-time to full-time cleaner. All applicants must be qualified according to our normal applicant criteria. Applicants must have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and dress presentable for showings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness of common areas
  • Vacuuming hallways
  • Salting and Shovel of all sidewalks and entries.
  • Cleaning units after tenants move out
  • Collecting Maintenance request
  • Must pass a background check
  • Added opportunities for additional income.
